Phil HummelPhilip L. Hummel, IV, Owner

A long time resident of the Orange and Villa Park community, Philip Hummel, IV has been an attorney since 1986. Phil attended Michigan State University (School of Business), graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance, and received his Juris Doctor from Western State University with scholastic merit. After seven years with an Orange County litigation firm, Phil formed this firm in 1994 with the goal of establishing and developing the firm with a solid personal and professional reputation in the community. Phil is extensively involved with business and civil litigation, corporate law, real estate and construction law, employment law, and estate planning. Mr. Hummel has a strong commitment to his family, he and his wife, Carrie, have three sons who were all raised in Orange County and attended the Orange Unified School District. Phil also has dedicated himself to community involvement. He is involved in many organizations, including having served as Chair of Orange Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Rotary Club of Orange, Trustee for Orange County Law Library, and Guest Lecturer.

Phil is a member of the Orange County and Los Angeles County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, Central District of California Federal Court, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Jason QuimbyJason Quimby, Associate Attorney

Jason Quimby joined the firm in 2012, previously working for the San Diego firm of Zampi, Determan, & Erickson. Mr. Quimby is a graduate from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he was Senior Managing Editor of the Nexus Journal of Law & Policy, President of the Federalist Society, and President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the California Institute of Technology. Prior to entering law school, Jason worked as an Associate for Townsend Public Affairs. Mr. Quimby’s legal emphasis has been in litigation, corporate, employment, and construction law. Additionally, Jason volunteered with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County.

Jason is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Central District of California Federal Court.
